Hi everyone, Master Jamie Marsh, Head instructor Christian Ampongan and BJJ Black Belt Chris Arnott are running the ‘once a term’ seminar for MMA, BJJ and Weapons.

Learn practical & tactical military style close quarter combative techniques. As well as advanced BJJ & Weapons self-defence.

Cost is MTC Members $30, and non-members $90.

Seminar is open to men and women, 12 years and up.
